First time seller. Honestly I’m just trying to use my Chase $150 credit to quickly buy and sell tickets to offset the annual fee of this card. I bought concert tickets. They are e-tickets, no pdf but a link that takes you to a webpage with a QR code and a moving indicator. When I creat the listing on Stub Hub it asks me to transfer the tickets. The tickets are within my stub hub app already and can’t be transferred in. The help center says it will be detected automatically but it’s been 5 days now and my listing is still not active.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
