Happened tonight during NBA playoffs but has happened a couple of times before.

My Fios box will suddenly say it’s lost WiFi connection.
My Verizon home internet via their router says otherwise. My appletv works, etc.
I then have to go in and manually reconnect to the WiFi — manually re-enter password.

Any thoughts on why this is happening?
Any things I can be doing to prevent/ are there actions one could take that would cause this to happen?
