I've had a JBL Go 2 for 8 years, I've always taken very good care of it, it's never been dropped, but it's had quite intense use in recent years. I use it practically every day and I usually leave it on in the bathroom while I shower. Today it started producing static and noise in the sound. I wanted to know if this is normal and if it's time to retire my little friend, or if it's worth taking it to a repair shop.
