Why do ppl use sight raisers?
Is it for any tactical/ visuval advantage? Is it to make guns more expensive? Or is it for the extra laser slot?

Operations is a extraction based game but it feels like more like battle royale . Instead of emphasising on looting and obtaining rare reds, people get most of their value from guns and armor. This emphasis of engagement on pvp is good for adrenaline rush but it is not the whole aspect of extraction shooter.
Not to complain by comparing DF with arc raiders but we can see a good idea of community and working together (even without voice chat) inside each raid . It would be nice once in a while teams do sweat arround to kill players to obtain max value from their gear.
We should incentives loot priority rather than gear priority and the best way to do is reducing the resale value of armor and guns . This can be achieved by having a first ever stash reset giving players the opportunity to play the game in a different way. Also making bosses more harder might encourage them to work together.
