Is anyone here experiencing StraightTalk telling them they have a late service fee when they paid for their service already?

THIS HAS BEEN FIXED!! EDIT 3 OF THE POST HAS INFORMATION ON WHAT HAPPENED

Hey, I'm making this post because my mom (who pays for our service) has been trying, and failing, to get in contact with StraightTalk to deal with the issue of them telling us our service fee wasn't paid when she did pay it.
Is anyone else dealing with this? How do we go about contacting someone for help with the issue without having to pay them for the second time since we already have paid, and mom has proof that she paid them.
Sorry if this isn't the place for questions like this, but we really need the help and this was the only place I could think of that could have information..
edit: StraightTalk is claiming our bank did a charge-back, but there's no evidence of one, and my parents did NOT request a charge-back
edit 2: StraightTalk is saying our bank 'refused to pay' when mom has proof that the payment was succesful
edit 3: apparently they tried charging us twice due to an error and the bank refused to charge us the second time because the first payment already went through, so apparently they're fixing our service!
