For a little more than a month now my Marketplace has been 'disabled' and apparently my profile is 'inactive' and 'ineligible' for projects (per the bot). I do still have account access and can send referral links and whatnot... but its like I've been shadow banned from projects or something. There is no clear reason why this happened (Ive tried contacting support multiple times which has been useless); I never received any formal notification or explanation, I just discovered Id lost access when logging into my account. Additionally, earlier the same day I had been offered a new project which I had (at least tried to) accept but everything that followed after clicking 'Accept' was very abnormal and then shortly after I had no project at all (both the one I had been active on and the new one could not be worked on). I think something went wrong with the project switch that ended up removing my market place access but im not certain. I have been granted community access to the 'new' project that I cant work on but QM told me im not on the list which is strange.
None of my skills tags have been removed or changed, I hadn't gotten any recent reviews or feedback which would indicate any quality issues. I really think something went wrong in Accepting the new project that resulted in an error that disabled my marketplace. Im not sure what (if anything can be done) and I lost access to the community for my previously active project so Im unable to get QM help from them. What I think happened is when I Accepted it only sort of half accepted and removed me from the other project I had been working on but still didnt allow me to work on the new one I accepted either... and now I guess my marketplace is disabled??
If anyone has encountered something similar and got it resolved I would appreciate your input.
