I need some advice. I have a plot of land covering several hectares in Kazakhstan. Ideologically, I am an anarcho-communist and I want to set up an anarchist agricultural collective which, through its very existence, could act as a form of propaganda by example, whilst also funding various initiatives, including those aimed at developing mutual aid, spreading the idea of liberating the population from wage labour, and organising new collectives and expanding production capacity.
(Just to clarify – I am not in favour of terror or violence. Violence is a manifestation of power, Only economic issues, as a form of factual propaganda)
I’d like to give it a go next year. Because the season is already coming to an end now.
There’s just one problem – there aren’t enough people. How many people does a collective need? And where can I recruit them for this short time - summer–autumn–winter? Because my main group can’t do anything at the moment due to their own business.
And, there is a need for people who are ready to invest in this cause and work.
And, more generally, to organise the team so that there are no issues with inequality. I have no objection to collective ownership of the area if necessary.
Of course, I very much doubt I’ll find any fellow countrymen here who know how to do it, but... Never mind
