Since a couple of days ago my son's account has been messed up. When he logins his friend list is empty and his experience screen is blank and just has a reload button on it. He has gotten an error code 529 a couple of times, but other menus are showing an "Unknown Error" message and the page is blank. He gets the same issue on Android Phone, Tablet, and PS5. I've eliminated anything dealing with our network connection because my other son can login fine with no issues and I can login with my parent account with no issue. I've contacted support, but of course they haven't been much help. We've tried logging out of each device and that hasn't helped.

Does anyone know of anything else we can try? TIA
