When I try to boot the game up from Steam there is no response, when trying to boot the game from the .exe file I receive the below error message

"Failed to initialize graphics.

Make sure you have DirectX 11 installed, have up to date

drivers for your graphics card and have not disabled

3D acceleration in display settings.

InitializeEngineGraphics failed"

I have updated all the issues listed in the error message as well as reinstalled the game with no luck. I haven't had this issue with any other games before and can run games with higher system requirements. Has anyone else had this issue and know of a fix?
