Hello there, first time ebay seller here in need of some advice.

I got a hold of a Pokemon TCG ascended heroes display, and made a listing on ebay for it. I have gotten some high offers of 1600£, which is way above market in my country. Buyer has 170 positive buyer-reviews, so that makes me feel kinda safe - however I can see similar listings for 1500£, which makes me wonder why he would bid 1600£ for mine. My listing, nor the other listings are from GB where he lives, so it’s probably not shipping-related.

As a first time seller I am very worried about selling such an expensive item, any advice would be greatly appreciated / what to watch out for, and be aware of ahead of a sale.
