CS DD+ disconnecting on PS5

**The 3rd photo is the firmware it is currently on**

I am experiencing ongoing USB/disconnection issues with DD+.
The issue began straight out of the box and updating firmware, has continued across multiple wheels, firmware versions, and PCs.

Current Hardware:
- ClubSport DD+ Wheel Base
- ClubSport GT3 Endurance Wheel with Podium Button Module
- CSL P1 V2 Wheel
- QR2 system
- PS5 and Windows PC/Laptop

Main Symptoms:
- Wheel randomly disconnects during gameplay
- Force feedback freezes or becomes erratic shortly before disconnect
- Game becomes choppy/laggy immediately before the disconnect occurs
- Steering may suddenly pull hard right during disconnect
- Wheel lights freeze
- Buttons and steering stop responding
- Base sometimes continues outputting small/random FFB movements even when wheel is disconnected
- Blue power button blinks during some disconnections
- Podium Button Module occasionally shows firmware version 0
- Fanatec software intermittently loses USB recognition of the base
- In Windows Device Manager, uninstalling/reconnecting the USB device temporarily restores functionality before failure repeats
- PS button may be the only working button after failure
- Wheel can still access tuning menu while disconnected from the game

Things I Have Tried:
- Updated all firmware multiple times
- Tested multiple driver versions including v455 and v474
- Used multiple PCs/laptops for firmware updates
- Reinstalled Fanatec drivers
- Removed/re-added USB devices in Device Manager
- Swapped wheels (same issue occurs with multiple wheels)
- Tested different USB ports including USB 2.0
- Reduced force feedback strength significantly
- Unplugged unnecessary USB devices from PS5
- Checked QR2 seating and reconnection
- Rerouted cables away from power cables
- Tested with and without surge protector
- Tested after clean firmware update on another PC
- Confirmed wheelbase powers on and performs startup rotation normally
- Rebooting the wheelbase temporarily restores operation

Additional Notes:
- The issue began straight out of the box before any firmware updates
- Fanatec Control Panel/App sometimes recognizes the base only briefly before disconnecting again
- The wheelbase can function correctly for a short period before the USB connection fails again
- I suspect either a USB communication issue, QR2/wheel-side connection issue, firmware instability, or potential hardware fault

Could you please review my firmware compatibility, known USB issues, and advise whether this may indicate a defective QR2, wheel-side connector, USB controller, or wheelbase hardware issue?
