so i just started my period and my cramps are so freaking painful im shaking as i type this. the pain runs down my thighs and it’s been this painful for the past year but only on day one. the doctors say im fine but this doesn’t feel right. sometimes i have to take 2 500 milligram pain meds just so the pain stops. is this normal? has anyone else dealt with this? what do i do?
