Ticket is ready, action required email but no transfer email

Received an email saying action is required to accept my ticket and the seller has already sent the ticket but have not actually received the follow up ticket transfer email. I’ve checked all my folders per the instructions and checked my Ticketmaster account. Chatted with the bot and didn’t really get an answer. It’s now been over an hour since I’ve received the action required email; should I be worried? I usually receive the follow up email within minutes but nothing this time. The bot said this is “normal” which is weird since I’ve never experienced it and why would the email say it’s ready when it not. Please provide some insight, I’m getting worried.
