If I need a editor and thumbnail designer, what do you think, how much it'll cost me approximately ?

Will the gaming audience still watch long gameplay videos, without any fancy editing ( games which are like a bit old or new, it depends ).

Should a new gaming channel do this ? Like uploading absolutely long story gameplay videos without any fancy editing ?
