Hello so plan ko mag go in my first Hike.

As you know need atleast manlang magtrain and do cardio to prepare.

Is it too much ba if I lift in the morning then run/jog in the evening or should I do running/walking as an active rest during my rest days?

Leaning sana sa weight training and jog in the same day dahil gusto ko na para sa other hobies ko ang rest days ko pero I dunno. What’s are your opinions?

Gonna do solo dahil wala akong kaibigan na gustong umakyat rin tapos im very introverted kaya di ko alam pano yan na mga hikes na pwede magjoin?

Also have little idea sa mga equipments and other things na kakailangan.

Any tips po?

Planning sana yung just outside metro manila para sa pinakauna.
