Been posting for a few weeks, completely lost on why some videos flop and others don't.

Not asking for the "post every day" speech, already know that.

Just genuinely curious:

Was there one thing you changed that made a real difference?

What do you know now that you didn't when you first started?

Anything about timing, length, or the first few seconds that people don't mention?

Would love real answers from people who've been through it, not just theory.
