Hi, ask ko lang if I should make a follow up with BDO already.

Friday - I sent an SMS to BDO requesting for a cash installment loan using my credit card.

Monday - 5pm, I received the call and they processed my request. After the call, I was waiting for their SMS confirming that the request was received and processed (just like my experience previously).

Tuesday - Nothing.

Wednesday- Morning, still none.

Also, di pa nababawas yung amount sa CL ko and my CC is still unlocked, kaya medyo nag-aalala lang dn.

Not sure if delayed lang yung SMS or I can check it with them.
