Hi! I’ve done 1mg doses 3x so far 5 days apart. I noticed my heart rate is extremely high pretty constantly. I have MCAS, POTS, and nervous system dysregulation. My brain fog has been insane and the MCAS symptoms and POTS symptoms are making me spiral even more. Did anyone else who’s super sensitive like me experience a tough time in the first few weeks even at microdoses? Please make me feel better.

I had been on Reta for 6 months and then I had an MCAS and POTS flare so bad so I went off reta for 3 weeks because it felt so stimulating and switched to tirz thinking it wouldn’t be so stimulating to the nervous system.
