Golden teacher supreme grow kit very low potency? Ate 5g

I've done two shroomtrips in my life before growing this golden teacher. First time I didn't noticed much but all my friends did. I just could focus because there were too many people around me. Next time I took around 2,5g of shrooms alone (second picture) and that was amazing. I just saw all my deepest thoughts and I figured out what was wrong with me. My depression healed for months.

So I started to grow this golden teacher because I wanna explore my mind more and try to heal from my traumas. After first flush I took 3g dried but didn't feel almost nothing... I waited 3 weeks and then I took 5g but still effects were very mild. Music sounded little better but didn't get any thoughts in my mind etc. I don't eat any ssri or other drugs.

Did I do something wrong with my growing or drying? Or is this GT just so mild that it's not good for self exploration? I've been planning to buy some other grow kits so should I just try different strain?

Second flush only giving side pins

This is golden teacher supreme grow kit. I had problem with side pins in my 1st flush, but still mainly got normal pins from the top. But now the second flush is giving only side pins even though I made a box where sun light isn't hitting the sides.

What should I do with this?

Supreme golden teacher grow kit growing as it should?

My first time of growing shrooms. It's been around 1½ weeks since I started to grow this.

I'm concerned because it's mainly growing from sides and humidity seems quite dry. Is this normal growing process or should I do something?

How to deal with loud and chatty co-workers?

I'm introvert, ADHD and also suffering from autism. I was working last couple years as a radiographer but I burned out two times because of all the social interactions and noise of patients & coworkers.

I became to work as a application specialist 1 month ago. Sounded like dream work: working with laptop, remote, no interactions with patients and only 3 coworkers and me. But this work also drives me nuts...

I don't actually have to work a lot during a day but I have to stay in touch with my coworkers with headphones almost all workday. And they are chatting all the time... 95% of time their conversations doesn't relate to work. Just typical chattering what +50y ladies do.

I don't have anymore energy for social life during my free time because I have to deal with noisy coworkers at home... What should I do? I already spend my lunch alone doing meditation but that doesn't help a lot.
