Physique Progress
Hi,
I (Male, 25) have been a powerlifter for the past 5 years and 6 months ago, cleaned up my diet. I am trying to get some input on how my physique is progressing and how I should tweak my diet going forward. I am currently 187lbs and looking to fill in/be competitive in the 198lbs weight class by end of Sept. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading
