Last 2 Pictures: May 2026 - 76kg
I’m really happy with the progress I’ve made so far, but I wanted some advice on whether I should keep cutting or start a lean bulk to put on more muscle mass. Most of my body fat seems to be stored in my lower body, and I struggle to see much muscle definition unless I’m flexing/tensing.
So should I keep cutting until the fat in my lower body is gone, or call the cut here and start a lean bulk anyway since lm already pretty small for my height.
