Retro flan..
Bought in sponge base, a tin of mandarin segments and then quick-jel made with the juice from the mandarins. Set in the fridge and served (often) with a tin of evap. A 70s and 80s dream.
And yes, I understand that a flan outside of much of the UK is what we call a creme caramel. Here we have sweet flans, savoury flans (quiche), and flans that look like fruit tarts
