Hello dear Higurashi fans. I am just diving into the franchise which is really appealing outside but I made a huge mistake when starting.

I researched about the timeline and correct watch order I swear. But accidentally (I was so tired that day and I needed to get my mind out of some stuff) I started with GOU from Crunchyroll. When I realized my mistake I was so far in the season that I dont want to turn back to 2006 original now, before finishing this.

The interesting part, lots of people didnt really like the sequel as it seems but I quite enjoy it. What should I do? Should I abandon it at ep 12 and go to 2006 original? Or can I finish this and watch original without any issues?
