Unprofessional Experience with Zenu Properties – Changed Their Words Before Finalizing the Deal
Avoid dealing with Zenu Properties if possible. Sharing my personal experience so others can be careful before proceeding with them.
The entire process was extremely unprofessional and mentally exhausting. They charge higher commissions along with unnecessary admin fees that are well above the usual market standard, and before proceeding with the deal, they changed their words and did not stay true to their commitments.
The experience felt misleading and frustrating throughout, especially when you’re trying to secure a home and expect transparency and professionalism from an agency. Definitely not the kind of experience anyone would want while renting in Dubai.
Please be cautious before signing anything or making payments.
