Ive been picking my scalp since last year it all started with an itchy scalp (no more) but a part of dry scalp was forming so i picked it off until i THOUGHT it was gone forever but it kept coming back and when i picked it i progressively picked harder and now and its been exuding some fluid along with blood sometimes but the fluid smells a bit funky and ngl im just scared that im gonna die if i do this or get sick because what is this fluid is it like spinal fluid from my skull or just some scalp fluid?! does anyone know how to just not do this anymore
