I’m in a new-ish studio and it seems like the schedule switching they do with coaches is crazy. Coaches disappear, objectively popular coaches get reduced classes, etc. I know coaches all have other job(s) and things change - that’s fine - but one time a coach mentioned they hadn’t seen me in awhile and when I said “yeah you stopped teaching [day] [time]” their response was something along the lines of, “it wasn’t my choice.” Most coaches are fine but there are some I actively avoid and as much as I love solidcore it’s really becoming more difficult to feel like there are enough classes with the good (for me, personally) coaches. Is this a nationwide thing?
