How would part-time semesters be looked at?

I have 2 part-time semesters, one in the fall and one in the summer. The one in the fall is due to becoming ill (I only took one course) and the one in the summer is due to program changes in my undergrad which would force me to take 2 courses in the next year instead (so I completed one course then). The rest of the semesters in my undergrad have varying levels minimum 3 courses per semester all the way to 5 courses per semester. My cGPA (based on the OLSAS conversion) including all courses would be around a 3.87. I have a lot of research experience, advocacy work, and different school organizations that I were apart of. LSAT score- 168. Will I still be able to apply?

Concerned about grad school applications would love some insight

For context, I'm a 5th year student and I'm applying to grad programs soon. I have always been full time from years 1-3 (having 1.5 fce or more in each semester) but in year 4 things went downhill and I became ill which forced me to go part-time during my fall semester and then once things got better in the winter semester I successfully did 2.5 fce's (5 courses). I'm going into my 5th year and I only have 4 courses left to complete and I can finish them in one semester. My overall gpa is competitive for the masters programs that I'm interested in.
