I’ve never applied for it before but I struggle with severe ibs which flares up basically everytime I leave my house , i was wondering if I got given a face to face assessment whether I could ask to change that to a phone call?

for apprenticeships that say they only require 2 a level for example between A* and D , would they consider a student with 2 a levels and 3 A’s the same . what are the other key factors if so.
