Fixing body damage

Planning on wrapping my 2.5rs but I have some damage on these pieces and was wondering if I can just remove them? Or is it best to replace?

2001 2.5RS

I know I know im not a cool guy with a turbo yet. But I want to put a GC STI wing on my 2.5rs and need some tips on which ones to go with. As I mainly want to work on the car cosmetically as its my daily and I like the reliability and simplicity of being NA for now. So any tips and places to look would be greatly appreciated!

Been looking at Aeroluxe but its a bit pricey but looks really solid.
