DPP Previously but now ineligible...
Hello , I am an existing customer and have been for a while. I'm a Gold member so I have some time with Xfinity. Back in Feb and throughout March I had a DPP and didn't use it because I was trying to port my phone over than do it to get the credit. I am now with Xfinity Mobile from Boost and I find this very weird. I have never had this problem with any carrier even IF my credit was horrible which it is lol. I have only had one or two late payments my whole time at Xfinity so im not sure. One agent says im eligible , then im not... even went to a store and said no and told to escalate this. I am also an employee as well and want to take advantage of the benefits that we get but.... if I cant even get my DPP reinstated what's the point of switching?
