She's divulging the steps she took to change her relationship with food, i.e. how she overcame her eating disorder. She tells the viewer to comment "Steps" if they want to be sent the other three steps. Why is she not posting the other three steps? Why is she communicating directly with people?
This seems madly irresponsible for her to be advising people who may be suffering from disordered eating. Should the video be reported?

Look at this paltry amount of fruit for seven growing kids. Do they get a few morsels each? Do they have to fight over it? Fruit is good for you. That's some amazing expert advice. Was she not feeding them fruit before two years ago? What is a transitional breakfast??
In this obviously nanny-produced video, Mami thanks adult strangers for playing with her kids, while she is neither present nor clever enough just to sign them up for soccer, which they clearly love. It is so sad.

I am trying to figure out how many pets they actually have. On The Baldwins, Hillary says they have four cats and four dogs. The camera crew only shows two dogs and two cats. They mention two other dogs they had when they were first married, but they don't mention what happened to them. I think they gave those dogs away. So, where did the other two cats go? They got the new dog last December. So, I think they really have three dogs and two cats. What do you think?

Do Alex, Hillary, and the kids ever visit his siblings and/or their families or vice versa? The sisters, Daniel, and Stephen live in New York state. What about the nieces and nephews? It doesn't seem like they ever visited Billy, his family, or Hailey when they were in California. The A & H kids don't really know their extended families. It's weird, isn't it?

On the upcoming reality show, Reality Retreat, that Hilaria filmed in the Dominican Republic, are we taking bets on how much Spanish Hillary will have used to try to impress the other women? She had to be careful, because they were in a Spanish speaking country. She wouldn't have wanted anyone to figure out she doesn't actually speak Spanish fluently. (I don't know if any of the other contestants speak Spanish. I don't even know who some of them are.) I'm looking forward to her trying to Spanish it up, though. I just had a weird realization that Alec's father was teaching at my mother's high school when she went there. I guess that's not that weird, but it's a small world.
I also just discovered, though it's been discussed in this group before, that Alec's father was a high school riflery coach. (They had riflery classes/teams in high schools?? Seems dangerous.) Alec thinks the lead his father inhaled from the riflery range gave his father lung cancer.
Anyway, you'd think Alec would have learned better gun safety from his father. Also including a good previous discussion about this from the group.
