Wedding at Drowned Lands in Warwick, NY?

I love Drowned Lands, but the buyout (25k w/o food and bev) is not within our budget. I think the indoor space is beautiful, but our ideal is an open-air (weather permitting) reception.

However, if I love the venue enough, we're down to have an indoor reception if we can do outlook ceremony, cocktail hour, mingling, etc.

Has anyone been to or had their wedding at Drowned Lands? Can you provide some insight? ty ty ty

Open-air, tented option, garden/forest/field venues 2-3 hours or less from NYC

Looking for a venue with above details — think long tables, DIY decor hanging from trees, etc. — ideally site fee is under 10k, but 10k works for they have all necessary rentals.

Open to “DIY” venue where you have to bring in outside catering, but also open to full service.
