Trying to organize my brain lately and honestly... it’s exhausting.
Hey guys, just a bit of a vent/discussion opener.
I’ve been working hard on my mental well-being and personal growth lately, but I’m running into major friction. Right now, my "self-care" is a mess: I have a meditation app, a separate habit tracker, a physical journal for my thoughts, a calendar for my life planning, and a notes app filled with existential thoughts.
It feels like my mind is split into 5 different silos. It’s exhausting to keep up, and it honestly defeats the purpose of finding peace.
I’m craving one central 'anchor' or 'home base' for everything, my mind, my daily habits, and my long-term life path. Not just a tracker, but a place that connects the dots between how I feel and where I'm going.
How are you guys dealing with this, or am I the only one?
