I have been with my current company for sometime now and have been looking to switch for some time. I finally cracked an interview. However, the pre-condition before rolling out the offer letter was that I should be able to join within a month, which is not possible. While I can get leeway in terms of notice period, the leaving date still cannot be before the 1st week of October. While I was negotiating on the notice period till last week. This week has been complete radio silence. I really feel bad about it as, I doubt if I am gonna get any more such opportunities at this stage in my career.

Doesn't it feel strange that the guys with curly hair are now a rage among the GenZ PYTs. I mean why wasn't it so during our teenage and 20s. I mean that it was all either short spiked haircuts or wavy long hair..

I was watching the Shekhar Tonite on YouTube, and surprisingly after ages, I am seeing a good and clean political satire based stand-up. However, I noticed that it is mostly being liked and championed by millennials like me, who grew up watching Movers and Shakers in the 90s. Don't know why the Gen Z crowd doesn't find it appealing, when it is one of the rare shows with a mainstream actor, that goes after the politicians and especially the ruling party. Is it because the Gen Z cannot relate with the overall format and the lingo of the show which looks very formal and in general avoids the more edgy language (like using MC/BC and other cuss words) which is common among the stand up comedians these days. Or is it that there is a serious lack of political or social awareness among the current Gen Z?
