Bad balayage. What should I do?:
Hi guys! I’m really upset after my salon visit. I asked for a soft copper caramel balayage (last slide), but I left with bright orange hot roots, harsh streaks, and a stained scalp (slide 1-3)
How can I fix and blend these roots safely? And am I justified in asking for a full refund? Thanks.
