Gash in side of tire

For context I am planning to trade this vehicle in the next 1-3 weeks, so I'd like to not dump money into it *if possible* but I drive a lot for work

Last night I was driving, nearly home and got the low tire pressure light. I pulled over and checked the tires. Front driver tire was 2-3 psi lower than all the other tires. I don't recall hitting anything but clearly contacted something with the tire...

This morning it was at 30. (32 last night) I filled it up to 35. Is it going to be fine to keep topping it off as needed or am I risking a tire failure by driving on it?
