Looking at a 2020 Bolt LT

I have recently started looking at the Chevy Bolt as my first electric vehicle with gas prices where they are. I found several 2017 model years in the 10 to 12k price range that had the battery replaced. I found a 2020 model with 46k miles for $13,500. It doesn't list the battery replacement recall on GM's website just the  advanced diagnostic software one and "Dealers will replace defective battery modules in the recall population. Until the updated recall remedy is performed, dealers will reprogram the Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module 2 (HPCM2), Battery Energy Control Module (BECM), and Body Control modules.".

A couple questions for everyone-

1- did the 2020 model year not have the same battery issue that all the 2017s I found had? Did GM replace the batteries in the 2020 model?

2-I some looking around on pricing and it seems $13,500 is the going rate for a 2020?

3- Any issues with the 2020 LT model I should be on the lookout for when I look at it?

4- Can others with the 2020 model and higher miles provide insight in battery health after 6 years of ownership?

I appreciate the help!
