We arrived yesterday and realised as soon as we were in the passport control our 3 year old didn’t have his bag. We think it was left in the overhead locker on our Batik Air flight, but by then we couldn’t go back.

Family who had gone ahead reported it to the airport, then to the Batik Air check in desk. We have also reported online. The flight transferred on to KL.

Although it was very distinctive it has not been located, and Batik have not been very good at responding to emails. Is there anything else we can do?

Kiddo lost his much beloved toys and it is having such a dampener on our holiday. I really feel we failed him.
