Question/what are recommendations about decent local Credit cards in Erbil that one can use to buy online . Tried FIB visa card but just realized it is shit at buying online.

Saw something two days ago that it was opened for the next academic year, meaning in September, right?

Does anybody know if they will open pharmacy Msc at hawler university this year ? It is already late
