Where to start

I recently left traditional religion behind. I grew tired of making excuses for a god that was supposedly loving yet couldn't be bothered to help his creations when it came to war etc.

I would say I'm a universalist at heart but I'm not sure where to go from here? I mean where do I turn now that my eyes have been opened?

The Corpse danced at Midnight

she's written hundreds of best sellers apparently but the only one they mention ad nauseam is that book. I'm watching the Mirabilis episode and man if this isn't the book for the blind from season 2 or 3 with William Atherton.

do you guys think chibi pushes herself too much. like just now on Twitter she said she had a bad health episode but she was gonna stream anyway. I guess I worry about our little gremlin.

Don't know what to do

so I became a Muslim a few years back. also in that time my mother got sick and then died.

I remember every time I was in the hospital and at home how I would pray and pray to Allah only for it to go unheard. I know death is natural but I still can't help but feel angry at my prayers not being answered.

I'm angry at God. I am angry at the things that happen in this world to good people. I don't know if he is indifferent but this isn't the kind of God I want to worship. I'm not sure what to do now. I'm thinking of turning my back on all Abrahamic religions and being a taoist or humanist.

Anti-capitalist works

I can't really find any works that are explicitly anti capitalism. I come from a Marxist background, so I'm used to being spoilt for choices. thanks in advance
