They followed the driver into LaMoure County when a roadside fight broke out.
A member of the department was attacked and the driver reportedly took the deputy’s gun. A gunfight then broke out between the suspect and the police.
A bullet struck a member of the McIntosh County Sheriff's Department in the hand. The suspect got away but was arrested about 45 minutes later.
I think it is wrong and bad. I can't believe they are trying, *again*. They are trying to limit our right to tell our government what we want them to do. Makes me want a pitchfork. I'm voting NO.
