I dont know whats happening to my Tropicanna poison f1

Hello everyone,can someone please give me advice what should I do?Last week I saw some mite bites on the plant,so i bought a spraying bottle called substral natural spray against mites.I sprayes the whole plant to stop the mites.Since the plant looks like this.The leaves,and also the newer leaves started to dry out and I dont know what to do.
