So doing a re read of the Maasverse ahead of the release this fall. I just finished ACOTAR, and have just started CC. When they mentioned the Istros, I thought to look up other major river names. The big one in ACOTAR is the Sidra. I was FLOORED when I learned “Sidra” can mean “star born” from the latin word “sidus”

I also noted at the beginning of ACOTAR that Papa Archeron had “ward” marks carved in the doors and they looked like “swirls and worls” just like the trove items had on them. So potential nod to wyrd marks which are described as not only geometric shapes, but swirls and worls as well.

Anyone else been doing a re-read and picking up on small details?
