Today I was driving my 2012 MINI Cooper Clubman and this light came on.

I am curious about what could be causing it. When I stepped on the gas, the car was not responsive and slowly sped up. Does anyone know what the cause could be?

Additionally, I noticed a leak under the car coming from a tube.

I recently had my transmission replaced a couple months ago, so I'm curious if these problems can be correlated. I can upload more pictures or provide more insights if needed.
