Defender Scans Failing - Anyone Else?

We're using Defender for Endpoint throughout our environment. Beginning this morning, quick or full scans are failing, and will occasionally fail to the point where the Defender service needs to be restarted.

We came across this while responding to a separate infection - I chalked it up to Defender being borked due to the infection but then I was able to recreate the issue on other devices simply by initiating a Quick Scan.

Before I declare this a 5 alarm fire, anyone else having this issue?

Anyone Use Ashwagandha and Magnesium?

I've had a love/hate relationship with Lexapro for almost 10 years - I've been taking for GAD.

Lately it seems that the side effects are more prevalent while the benefits are dwindling. I've tried Prozac with horrible effects, so I'm thinking about putting the SSRIs on the shelf and trying something new.

I was talking to my doctor and some family members who also have GAD - both have recommended trying Ashwagandha to see if that helps. My family member has gone off of SSRIs completely thanks to the good results on the Ashwagandha (here's what they use). I thought about giving it a go - has anyone else gone down a similar path?

Google Workspace Alert - Excessive Senders

Before I reinvent the wheel, has anyone developed an alert or custom script to notify administrators when a Workspace user has sent an excessive amount of emails (i.e., indicative of an account compromise)?

I'm thinking something along the lines of pop an alert if a single account sends >50 (or 100) emails in a 24 hour period. I looked through the canned security rules in Workspace but didn't see anything that accomplished that.
