Starting Reta and Easing the Nerves
Hi all,
I am 31/F/153 kg and have been on Ozempic for about 7 months. I’ve tolerated it well and haven’t experienced negative side effects. I can’t afford to pay $500 a month out of pocket and a friend recommended Reta. I ordered some and overall I feel good/excited to start taking it because so many people have great things to say. The part that is holding me back from taking my first dose is the increased heart rate.. I’m an anxious person to begin with but hearing anything to do with the heart really scares me. I’m curious if anyone can share the level of increased heart rate? In my mind I’m thinking it’s going to make me have a racing heart all the time so just hearing from others how it really is would help me a lot! Thanks in advance, I appreciate the insight!
