Jura GIGA X8 - no water coming out of water spout
Hi everyone,
I am experiencing a issue with the GIGA X8 machine. When requsted for hot water, the water is only going trough the coffee spout and not trough the required water spout. Whatever I tried I cannot get the water to go trough hot water spout.
I checked the cheramic valve(left valve on the picture) outside the machine and found microswitch working, also found valve internaly not clogged. Checked also the motor and tried to run it with 12vdc power suplly and its operating correctly.
What I can see during the hot water drink, the water is build up in the hose just before the valve but its not passing trough like Jura is not opening the cheramic valve. Water is then passing only trough coffee spout..
Anyone experienced something similar?
