I bought an used Russian copy of COD MW Remastered. To my surprise, it did not change to English after my system language. I did not find the option to change language in-game either. So I just wasted money.

I have bought Polish and German games before and didn't have this issue at all. The games just booted up in English.

So is there any way to check that beforehand, so I don't make that mistake again? There's nothing on the box that indicates language availability, other than all text obviously being in Russian. Just as there's nothing about English not being available on my Polish copy of Spider Man, which nonetheless booted in English from the get go.
