At this point, I feel like I may have hallucinated this cartoon since it’s nowhere to be found. I vaguely remember this undercover superhero girl, maybe detective, who would gain magical abilities by wearing ballerina slippers I think.

I’ve been trying to find it for years but no luck.

It used to air late 90s early 2000s.
