Changing Access Points recommended
Make AP selection a customer option. Have them pick one AP anywhere in the same territory their servicing facility covers as a default. Allow them to change it for any package they have a slip for if they scan their QR code before it gets sent to their chosen default before it gets reloaded on PC the next day. Make sure if they choose a facility that won't AP alcohol that they choose a 2nd that does store alcohol. I was told by customer that CVS won't store wine or spirits due to their own legal terms snd conditions, idk if that's universal or just a local one here, but that's an issue.
I have tried delivering AP customers that my Diad won't allow me to select AP because even though only s few miles away, the access point and house have different ZipCodes.
Even if it's a local issue, why aren't customers paying for the service choosing their own pick up location.
